The Westland Wapiti was a British general-purpose biplane aircraft developed in the 1920s that served with the Royal Air Force and other air forces throughout the 1930s and 1940s, known for its versatility in reconnaissance, ground attack, and training roles across various theaters including India and the Far East. It became one of the RAF's most widely used aircraft of the interwar period and earned a reputation for ruggedness and reliability in challenging operational conditions.
