Thank you for shopping with The Miniatures Marketplace. We are committed to carefully preparing, packaging, and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Times
Most products sold through The Miniatures Marketplace are made-to-order, 3D printed, or prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on order size, product availability, print queue, and finishing requirements.
Standard order processing time is typically 5–15 business days before shipment.
Large orders, custom orders, pre-orders, or highly detailed items may require additional processing time. If your order is expected to take longer than normal, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package size, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has been shipped. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are shipped using available carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other shipping providers depending on the best available option for your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated at checkout.
International delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services.
Made-to-Order Items
Many items sold by The Miniatures Marketplace are produced after an order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Minor variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing, resin printing, model preparation, and packaging. We make every effort to ensure items are printed, inspected, and packed securely before shipment.
Digital Products
Digital products, such as STL files or downloadable model files, are not shipped physically.
After purchase, digital files will be delivered electronically through the method provided at checkout or by email. Digital products are generally available shortly after payment is completed unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@theminiaturesmarketplace.com and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
The Miniatures Marketplace is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@theminiaturesmarketplace.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Damaged Items
We carefully package orders to help prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
