The Type 4 Ha-To was a Japanese tank destroyer developed during World War II, entering service in 1944 as an attempt to counter Allied armor with a 75mm gun mounted on a modified Type 97 tank chassis. It saw limited combat in the final year of the Pacific War and is remembered as one of Japan's last-generation tank destroyers before the nation's surrender in 1945.
