The Sd.Kfz. 9 was a heavy half-track recovery and transport vehicle used by Nazi Germany during World War II, primarily employed for towing damaged tanks and heavy artillery across difficult terrain. Produced from 1938 onwards, it was one of the largest and most powerful German half-tracks of the war, known for its exceptional towing capacity and reliability in challenging conditions.
