The SA-13 was a Soviet self-propelled anti-aircraft gun system introduced in the 1970s, featuring a 23mm cannon mounted on a tracked chassis and widely used by Warsaw Pact and Soviet-aligned nations during the Cold War for short-range air defense. It became one of the most recognizable mobile air defense platforms of its era, known for its rapid-fire capability and effectiveness against low-flying aircraft and helicopters.
