The Polikarpov ITP was a Soviet armored reconnaissance vehicle developed in the late 1930s, featuring a fully rotating turret and designed to combine mobility with firepower for reconnaissance and support missions. Though only a limited number were produced before World War II, it represented an early Soviet approach to mechanized reconnaissance armor.
