The MT-12 was a Soviet towed anti-tank gun developed in the 1970s that saw extensive use during the Cold War and beyond, known for its powerful 100mm smoothbore gun and mobility that made it effective against armored vehicles across multiple decades of conflict. It gained particular recognition for its deployment in various Middle Eastern conflicts and remained in service with numerous nations well into the 21st century.
