The Mitsubishi Ki-46 was a Japanese twin-engine reconnaissance aircraft that first flew in 1940 and saw extensive service throughout World War II, known for its high speed and long range which made it difficult for Allied fighters to intercept. It earned the Allied codename "Dinah" and was primarily used for photographic and visual reconnaissance missions across the Pacific and Asian theaters.
