The Messerschmitt Bf-110G-4 was a German twin-engine heavy fighter aircraft used primarily during the later stages of World War II, particularly effective as a night fighter equipped with radar and armed with cannons and machine guns. It served from the mid-1940s onward and became one of the Luftwaffe's most successful night interceptors, credited with numerous Allied bomber kills during nighttime defensive operations.
