The Maus was a German superheavy tank developed during World War II, featuring a 150mm main gun and weighing over 188 tons, making it one of the largest tanks ever built; though only two prototypes were completed before the war's end in 1945, it remains historically significant as an example of Nazi Germany's late-war experimental armor program.
