The Manshu Ki-98 was a Japanese experimental fighter aircraft developed during World War II, combining features of earlier designs in an attempt to create an improved interceptor for home defense. Though the aircraft never entered mass production, it represents an important example of late-war Japanese aircraft development and innovation.
