The M3 Stuart was a light tank used primarily by the United States during World War II, serving from 1941 onwards in both the Pacific and European theaters, and was known for its speed and maneuverability despite being outgunned by heavier enemy tanks. It became one of the most widely produced American tanks of the war and saw continued service in subsequent conflicts, earning a reputation as a reliable reconnaissance and infantry support vehicle.
