The ISU-152 was a Soviet heavy self-propelled gun developed during World War II, entering service in 1943 and seeing extensive use in the final years of the war and beyond. It was renowned for its powerful 152mm gun, which made it one of the most formidable anti-tank and assault weapons of its era, capable of destroying heavily armored German tanks and fortifications.
