The Hummel was a German self-propelled gun developed during World War II, first produced in 1942, and served as a mobile artillery platform mounting a 150mm howitzer on a Panzer chassis. It became one of the most widely used and respected self-propelled guns of the war, known for its firepower, mobility, and reliability in supporting German ground forces across multiple theaters.
