The GMC CCKW 252 was a 2.5-ton open-cab truck produced by General Motors during World War II, widely recognized as one of the most reliable and versatile cargo vehicles of the war effort and extensively used by the Allied forces from 1942 onwards. The model became legendary for its durability and capability in hauling supplies across diverse terrain, earning it the nickname "Deuce and a Half" and establishing it as an icon of wartime logistics.
