The Flakpanzer IV Wirbelwind was a German self-propelled anti-aircraft gun produced from 1944-1945, mounting four 20mm Flakvierling cannons on a Panzer IV tank chassis to provide mobile air defense against Allied aircraft. It saw limited service in the final year of World War II and is remembered as one of the most effective German anti-aircraft platforms of the war.
