The Centaur IV was a British medium tank introduced in 1943 during World War II, designed specifically for the Royal Marines and optimized for amphibious operations with superior armor protection and a 95mm howitzer. It served primarily in the Pacific Theater and post-war conflicts, becoming known for its reliability and effective fire support in challenging combat environments.
