The BV 206 is a Swedish all-terrain tracked carrier developed in the 1980s that became widely used by military and civilian organizations for operations in extreme environments, including arctic and mountainous terrain, due to its exceptional mobility and cargo capacity. The vehicle is characterized by its distinctive articulated two-unit design with independent track systems, allowing it to traverse harsh landscapes where wheeled vehicles cannot operate.
