The British Aerospace Sea Harrier FA.2 was a carrier-based fighter aircraft used by the Royal Navy from 1993 onwards, representing an upgraded version of the original Sea Harrier with improved avionics, engine power, and air-to-air missile capabilities. The aircraft is particularly renowned for its role during the 1982 Falkland Islands War, where the earlier Sea Harrier variant achieved an exceptional combat record with a kill ratio of 20:0 against Argentine aircraft.
