The Bristol Blenheim I was a British twin-engine light bomber that first flew in 1936 and served extensively during World War II, known for its speed and versatility as both a day bomber and fighter-reconnaissance aircraft. It became one of the RAF's primary bombers in the early war years before being largely superseded by more advanced aircraft, though it continued service throughout the conflict in various roles including night fighter and coastal patrol duties.
