Blackburn Roc Miniature designed for tabletop wargaming, historical collections, scale model displays and miniature painting.
The Blackburn Roc was a British carrier-based fighter aircraft developed in the late 1930s, notable for mounting its armament in a dorsal turret rather than wing-mounted guns, which proved to be an ineffective design that saw limited service during World War II. The aircraft operated primarily with the Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm from 1940-1944, serving reconnaissance and target-towing roles after proving unsuitable as a fighter due to its poor performance and turret configuration.
