The AMX Tracteur C was a French experimental heavy tank developed in the late 1930s, designed as a breakthrough tank with thick armor and powerful armament for use in World War II. Though it saw limited combat service before France's defeat in 1940, it is remembered as an ambitious but ultimately unsuccessful attempt to create a heavily armored vehicle to counter German armor.
