The 7TP was Poland's most advanced domestically-designed light tank, produced from 1935 to 1939, and served as the backbone of Polish armored forces during the German invasion of 1939. Known for its relatively modern design featuring a two-man turret and effective 37mm gun, it was considered competitive with contemporary light tanks despite being outgunned by heavier German panzers.
